Refund Policy

At PeelKit, we’re confident our Nano Banana templates/workflows delivers clear, practical value for ecommerce brands. It’s built to be actionable, not theoretical. If it’s not the right fit for you, we offer a simple refund window.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to one-time purchases made directly through PeelKit. To qualify for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- The product must not have been fully accessed.
Because PeelKit is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds cannot be issued once more then 50% of prompts were copied.
Refund Window
You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@trypeelkit.com with:
- Your order email or receipt
- A short reason for the request
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary by payment provider.
Important Notes
PeelKit is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. All purchases become non-refundable after the 14-day window. Any additional custom services (if offered separately) are non-refundable.
