By purchasing, accessing, or using PeelKit products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase or use the product.
1. Product Description
PeelKit provides digital educational and informational products, including but not limited to checklists, frameworks, templates, examples, prompts, and written materials related to ecommerce growth and AI-related traffic strategies (“Product”).
The Product is delivered digitally and does not require an account, subscription, or ongoing service.
2. License & Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your internal business purposes only.
You may not:
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product
• Share the Product publicly or with third parties
• Copy or reproduce the Product for commercial distribution
• Claim the Product as your own intellectual property
3. Delivery & Access
The Product is deemed delivered immediately upon access or download.
It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your devices and software before purchase.
4. Payments & Refunds
4.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed at checkout and are charged as a one-time fee.
4.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available separately.
In summary:
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds are not available once the Product has been fully accessed or downloaded
5. No Guarantees or Results
PeelKit does not guarantee any specific outcomes, rankings, traffic levels, revenue, citations, or visibility results.
Any examples, metrics, or references are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees. You acknowledge that results depend on many external factors beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All Product materials, including structure, text, layout, and original content, are the exclusive intellectual property of PeelKit. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.
7. Disclaimer
The Product is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness
• Uninterrupted or error-free use
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• PeelKit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product
9. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access to the Product if these Terms are violated, without refund.
10. Privacy & Data
We collect only the information necessary to process purchases and provide support, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
